Idea → first customers
Promoat. Outcome-priced advisory makes the founder a professional moat.
STAGE 02
Scaling solopreneur
Promoat. Same engine, harder problems. Capital can be added via Promoat Finance.
STAGE 03
Established SMB ($1M–$3M, owner-operator)
Automoat — Right-Hand Build or First Fix. Owner stays in charge; the AI just stops being the bottleneck.
STAGE 04
Established SMB ($5M–$50M, mid-market)
Automoat — Foundation Build or Beachhead Build. Productivity lift in the P&L.
